Glentec - Senior Tekla Modeler - Structural Design (3-5 yrs)
Experience : 5 to 15 years of experience in US Steel Detailing.
- Should be able to execute detailing projects and able to study structural drawings.
- Strong exposure to AISC Standards
JOB Description :
1. Modelling with respect to structural drawing & architectural drawings
2. Template Editing
3. Preparation of custom components
4. Connection applications
5. Should have Good knowledge in TEKLA
6. Should prepare the 3D model in Tekla as per IFC drawings And Client requirements
7. Before starting the model, should check the Input drawings with latest revision.
8. Should prepare the RFI's and update in the model as per RFIs reply by client.
9. Should do the Preliminary model check and Clash check.
10. After complete the model, should able to find out the Transportation and Erection issues.
11. Knowledge of Standard connections, Macro's and User defines connections as per client requirements.
12. Able to identify the similar connection in model
13. And assign the same assembly and park for identical properties to minimize the no of quantity of Shop drawings.
14. Capable of raising and preparation of RFI
15. Good knowledge in Template and reports preparation with respect to client requirement
16. Should Generate the GA drawings, Shop drawings, Erection drawings with related reports and NC files
17. Good knowledge in preparing Bill of Material, Title block as per client requirement
18. Should able to edit the drawings in the case of urgency
