Global Gourmet - Assistant Manager - Production Planning (4-15 yrs)

- Overall Production planning, its communication to the Production Manager.
- Inducting the employees by orienting them with policies (food safety), process, roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure that the HACCP, Q. A. system is operating in the company is in line with the requirements of the current national and international standards.
- Responsible for following company's approved production processes and process control procedures.
- Identifying improvement in existing system
- Identification of training needs of the departmental colleagues.
- Ensure legal compliance for food preparation and safety.
- Initiating and ensuring the recall of the products from market place and/or from end consumers as per the defined procedure.
- Evaluating the cases of deviations in case of major food safety incidences and additional preventive actions to be taken.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to products or processes.
