Global Structural Engineering Lead (8-12 yrs)
Required Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil and Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural design engineering, particularly in industrial plant projects.
- Proven experience with international projects and customers.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to estimate project efforts and manage quality control
Preferred Education/Experience
- Proficiency in any structural analysis and detailed engineering software: STAAD Pro, R Robot
Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures, BobCAD, AutoCAD Civil & Architecture
- Knowledge in Autodesk BIM, Navisworks Manage clash detection, review and markups, are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Work experience in structural design & engineering for Edible oil / Biodiesel / Oleochemicals plants
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Displays a hands-on, pragmatic, no-nonsense pro-activeness
- Displays a broad technical interest and is keen to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Other international languages are an asset.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality outcomes within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to facilitate group meetings towards desired outcomes.

- Good understanding of project-related financial metrics
