Globalfair Impex - Head - Technical Drawing (4-9 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the technical drawing team to ensure timely and accurate creation, modification, and improvement of technical drawings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Oversee the creation of detailed technical drawings using design software such as 2020, CAD, etc., ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.
- Develop standardized processes for drawing creation, modification, and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical drawings and specifications before dissemination to suppliers and clients, ensuring the first-time correct Drawings are sent to the client.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
Key Requirements & Skills :
- Proven experience in technical drawing, drafting, or design, with proficiency in design softwares such as 2020, CAD, etc
- In-depth knowledge of home interior materials, installation methods and industry standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project requirements accurately.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing standardized processes and quality control measures.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the technical drawing or design industry preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
