GM/DGM/Head - Operations - Contract Manufacturing - Food & Beverage Startup (15-25 yrs)
- Looking for Operations Head (GM/ DGM) Role for Contract Manufacturing for a Conglomerate's Start Up Venture into the F&B foray.
- Food & Beverage based Contract Manufacturing experience is Mandatory.
Experience : 15 - 25 years of Contract manufacturing along with manufacturing experience.
- Expert in executing the automated manufacturing systems/process and operational Excellence initiative's while enhancing the performance, improving the quality, reducing the cost and generating sustainable revenue / EBITA gains.
- Managing Manufacturing of CSD, Fruit Juice, New Project, Automation. Responsible for entire plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, dispatches, supply chain
- Well developed business and supply chain understanding, with liable network in SCM, and business analysis at both staff and manufacturing locations.
- Managing Sourcing & Procurement, Materials & Inventory Management, and Logistics & Commercial Operations. -- An Individual who did buying, making and distribution related to F&B industry segment.
- Responsible for managing the Factory P&L as well as Prime Cost and GMAC for the business P&L including the overheads for the entire Supply Side of the business.
- Manufacturing operation & Technical Operation.
