GM/Factory Manager - Production (5-8 yrs)
Designation : Factory Manager/GM- Production
Experience : 5-8 years (preferably in age group of 30-40 years)
Education : B.E/B.Tech (mechanical) + MBA (Optional but preferred)
Responsibilities :
1. Timely Delivery.
2. Production planning,
3. Plant Dispatches avoid delays.
4. Production team management.
5. Vendor Management.
6. There is a lot of outsourcing to machine shops. Vendor development experience should be there. Somebody who knows how to interact with new vendors.
7. Knowledge of management techniques to improve productivity.
8. Theory of constraints.
