GM/Head - Green Field Projects - New Plant - Die Casting (20-25 yrs)

Brief Job Description :
Responsible for end to end execution and commissioning of the Project assigned to him within scheduled time and arrange all resources and necessary approvals required for the project. Prepare budget for respective section as part of detailed project report and ensure adherence. Minimize contingent liabilities on account of non-compliances.
Liaison with government officials during construction and commissioning activities. Review daily progress of project execution team and address any issues/concerns Plan for resources required for the Project and mobilize required resources in coordination with Corporate team and EPC team.
Coordinate all engineering and procurement related matters with regard to the Project. Review site reports, designs and drawings. Monitor and control day-to-day progress of project schedule with respect to mile stones committed by the vendors. Organize review meetings with vendors / other departments for reviewing project progress and resolving the issues for smooth execution.
Report to Corporate Projects on the progress of projects and seek guidance when required. Coordinate all policy matters with regards to the projects with other departments.
Ensure maintenance of quality systems in the management of projects. Ensure timely safety inspections during construction. Liaise/coordinate with various Government departments/Statutory Authorities.
Ensure timely submission of requisite reports/replies/documents etc. to concerned authorities. Maintain all necessary govt. licenses and permissions
Qualifications/Experience Required:
BE in Mechanical with Post graduate diploma. 20-25 years of experience in similar role with minimum 5 years of experience in leadership position.

Die Casting Project experience is mandatory, Please mention all the Green Field & Die Casting Projects you have handled during your whole career.
