Responsible for all Plastic processing, Assembly lines WM, LED TV & Air Cooler: - For 3 Different Plants

- Manage Existing Customers

- Develop new products or do necessary changes in the product for new customers

- Maximize profitability from Operations

- Material consumption as per BOM

- Maximize overall customer satisfaction

- Establish brand positioning in terms of timely technical support to the customers. Customer must have complete trust on our products quality and our service

- Standardization of Operations Processes till customer level

- Ensure 100% availability of data in terms of reports & MIS at all levels and operations

- Timely reports and reviews to the management for all departments

- Ensure total culture of ERP usage for Planning, MIS, Reporting & Review

- Improve employee engagement level/ Establish employment value proposition

- Ensure succession plan creation for senior leadership positions

- Implement Training, Rotation of Job, Multitasking & PLR systems

- Responsible for all Plastic processing, Assembly lines WM, LED TV & Air Cooler -

- 3 Different plants to be controlled

1) MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF TQM & OTHER MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS LIKE SIX SIGMA ETC.

2) MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF A PLANT LIKE LG, HAIER, GODREJ, MOTHERSON SUMI, ETC.

3) PREFERABLE TO BE OF CONSUMER DURABLE INDUSTRY
