Role and Requirements :
- Chemical Engineer (From a good university)
- 12-14 yrs of experience
- Should have experience in Batch Process Industry in the API/ Insecticides/ Speciality Chemicals Sectors
- Should be technically strong and ideally should have experience in Process Engineering prior to the manufacturing experience
- Should have experience and capability for new technology absorption/ continuous process improvement
- Should be good at Relationship Management with Vendors and partners and good people management skills
