GM - Operations - Contact Welding Profit Centre (15-20 yrs)
1. Responsible for the Overall Success & Profitability of the Contact Welding Profit Centre by leading a Team of Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Automation & Maintenance.
2. We would prefer women candidates.
3. Manage a Complex Supply chain while involves Imports, Sub-Contracting operations and High-Value Commodities including Copper & Silver.
4. Drive New Product Development (NPD) &Localization by Closely working with Project teams and execute/implement Product transfers and Localization/VAVE Projects on-time.
5. Drive Monthly MPP process and drive timely Conversion of Demand Plan into Production Plan & Supplier Forecasts/Schedules.
6. Identify Competency Needs for Specialized Roles in Contact Welding& drive Action Plans to bridge the gaps.
