Designation : General Manager -Process Safety (API Division)

Job Description -

- He should be responsible for overall process safety function for API Division.

- He will be in charge of process safety lab at Dombivli.

- He should advise to the management in all matter related to process safety.

- He should train to all managers, leaders and senior leaders for chemical reaction/ process hazards and to mitigate it successfully.

- He should advise to management regarding static electricity/ Hazardous area classification, and others from process safety point f view.

- He should interpret calorimetric results appropriately, set the parameter for process and get it woven in HAZOP study to make a process safe from practicability point of view.

- He should advise scale up team and R & D team to carry out experiments for requirement of process.

Knowledge :

- Factory Act / Safety rules whichever are applicable

- Process Chemistry and MSDS of applicable products (RM/FG/Packing etc)

- Pollution Control Acts & Rules

- Labour Laws

- Process Safety audit

- Other applicable legal acts/ rules

- HAZOP Study

- Risk Assessment(HIRA)

- SOP preparation

- Accident/ Incident Control Techniques

- Industrial Hygiene

- Occupational Health Hazards

Salary:INR 12,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. as per company norms
