GM - Research & Development - Agro Chemical Industry (15-22 yrs)
Position: DGM / GM - R & D
Job Description:
- Developing new Technical (AI) processes as required by Contract customers and Domestic Market requirements.
- Development of analytical methods to support synthetic, formulation and registration departments.
- New Formulation development as per market requirements.
- Leading Synthetic, Analytical and Formulation R & D teams.
- Demonstrate experience in lab scale R&D and take the same to pilot plant and commercial production.
- To develop cost effective process for new products/Intermediates for plant scale-up.
- Improvement of existing processes by cost effective methods.
- To provide support to Domestic Marketing, Export and Registration Departments by providing samples and information required.
Profile Description :
The candidate should be M.Sc or Ph.D in organic chemistry from a reputed University with minimum 15 years of experience in R&D Function of Agrochemical Industry.
