GM/ Sr. GM- QC Formulation ( Corporate Office, Bangalore)

It is corporate role and to handle all the 8 plants located in various locations of Bangalore

- Establish and run the quality control function as per regulatory requirements

- Identification and adoption of new changes which has better scope of system improvement/compliance and work reduction

- To develop and establish robust (appropriate) quality systems at various applicable stages.

- Accountable for ensuring that all QC activities are carried out in a manner compliant with Global Quality policies, Plant SOPs, cGMP, GLP, and all applicable FDA regulations

- Identify the gaps in quality systems, and facilitate to implement the recommendations

- Monitor quality improvement programs

- To review and recommend approval for all procedures (SOP) and specifications,

- Prepare, monitor, participate and control the revenue budget of the department to ensure effective utilization of resources

- B Pharm/ M Pharm/ M.Sc with 15 + years of experience in Phama Formulation.

- Well versed with cGMP requirements & Quality Control activities

- Should have experience in USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ROW Audits

- Innovative, Highly motivated, Self-starter, Energetic, Hardworking, honest & sincere.

- Good Leadership and communication skills

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English language

- 40-45 age group

Candidate should have experience in handling multi location plants ( Minimum 4 plants )
