Godrej Properties - Manger/Senior Manager - Design Architect (6-13 yrs)
- The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the Design of project from start till construction stage by ensuring availability of design drawings, documents and specifications as per company standards.
- Prime responsibility will be to co-ordinate with Design Architects, Landscape consultant and Green building consultants. Co-ordination with internal Structural, MEP and Liaison teams as well as external consultants.
1. Design Planning & Development :
- Review and verification of designs proposed by the external architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project requirements
- Interfaces with regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants
- Recommends design options for specific green field projects
2. Coordination for approvals :
- Provides detailed requirements on the project to consultants
- Follows up and continuous tracking on submissions
- Coordinates with project / design team to file required documentation as per schedule
- Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications
3. Coordination during project execution :
- Coordinates with projects team during execution of the design.
- Monitors work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms
- Conduct site visit as and when required
4. Standardization of Design Process :
- Prepares templates for standardization for designing properties across regions such as material list, design standards for designing green buildings, specification of green rating and process for coordination
- Prepares and updates the template/ circular as specified
