Job description :

- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles on regular basis.

- Maintain the vehicle attendance and prepare the monthly data for the vendors.

- Onboard new vendors, Manage, and maintain proper billing cycle.

- Coordination with different stake holders for the requirement, Billing, Approval of the vendor payment.

- Responsible for timely vendor payments and reconciliation of the proper data.

- Schedule daily and weekly routes.

- Track orders using functional system (e.g. barcodes and tracking software.

- Prepare and maintain - end-to-end- reports of total fleet and projects designed formats of MIS & KPI and planned for scheduling and dispatching as per production plan.

- Prepare the travel route for the outstation vehicle & keep regular track.

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

- Research and suggest cost effective shipping methods.

- Ensure shipping documents are properly filled.
