Qualification Required : 10th Pass + Heavy Driving License

Experience Required : Minimum 10-12 Years (Grader Operating Experience)

Objective: To achieve 3 trips per hour with the lead of 3 Km.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- To train grader operators for efficient grader operation in haul roads, bench roads, dump roads, loading and dumping area for achieving the average dumper speed of 20-23 KM/hr continuously throughout the shift.

- To identify and replace slow operators in shift and must train dumpers operators to drive best to the given conditions at the benchmark speed set.

- To provide active feedback for road repairs, gradient, turns to the shift controller/ Road supervisor

- To communicate about any grading requirement to shift controllers or any training requirement to grader trainer

- To communicate loading / Dumping area repairs for better spotting to shift controller

- To check with Dumper expert operators any particular dumper for loaded haul speed in both flat, upgradient and down gradient roads

- To check with Dumper expert operators any particular dumper for empty haul speed in both flat, upgradient and down gradient roads

- To communicate any specific dumper maintenance related issues causing low performance of operator

- Ensure Zero spotting is done by dumper expert operators and Dumper operators in the Load Haul Circuit

- Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management and or the appropriate authority

- Complying with all safety rules and regulations

- Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned

- Prepares Grader Operator vs Grader expert performance reports
