Currently we are looking for Green Building Coordinator(IGBC Certified)

- To support in-house projects that have specific sustainability goals. The candidate will be able to provide assistance with research and technical support on issues related to green building engineering and design with a strong focus on all aspects of LEED consulting, including LEED design and construction strategies, coordination and documentation review. - Assist design and engineering teams with sustainable design strategies and technologies for buildings and sites. - Along with the Green Building consultant, evaluate the rating which the project can target. - Present in-depth knowledge of LEED certification programs. Oversee entire LEED certification documentation process.

- Co-ordination on Green Building Features and documents with the entire project team.

- Facilitate the project design team to select materials/equipment to meet the Green Building Requirement.

- Prepare and provide all necessary templates to the Green Building Consultant.

- Perform technical analysis in calculations and research as needed to support proof of concept, energy optimization,etc.

- Coordinate with / support various internal and external team members, including energy modelers, MEP, civil engineers, general contractor, etc.

- Effectively communicate environmental certification program requirements and progress to project teams

- Efficiently transition into additional responsibilities as needed; these might include support for project deadlines and document production in MEP, Facades, Lighting and/or Energy Analysis

Profile requirement: Present in-depth knowledge of LEED certification programs. Oversee entire LEED certification documentation process

Exp: 5+yrs & above

Academic Qualification "Mandatory- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Environmental Sciences or related field

Desired-

Technical Skills "Mandatory- AUTOCAD Draftsman, Adobe, MSP, MS Office, etc.

Qualifying Competencies :

- LEED-AP with experience working at the various stages of green building projects that have either achieved or pursued LEED certification

- Minimum 5 year experience related to the construction, development or consulting process

- Experience with drawing, specifications and submittal review

- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work under limited supervision

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to review energy modeling analysis reports
