Grofers - Deputy Manager - Warehouse Operations (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage end to end Warehouse operations for a region
- Build and implement SOPs, manage workflow and day to day retail operations
- Plan and forecast future sales for each retail outlet basis past and current trends
- Maintain fill rate, FMCG inventory levels and inventory records
- Achieve profitability targets for each allocated retail units
- Manage a large operations team and deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as organizing training and development programs
- Maintain different performance matrices at store level, ensuring timely reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis and data management

Job Requirements :
- Graduation with 3-6 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, supply chain management and team management
- Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours
- Quick decision-making ability, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent excel and communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team
