Job Description :

- The job involves of Monitoring of entire group spinning operations on day to day basis and report to the Management.

- Overall responsible for production and yarn quality in the group.

- Ensure consistent good quality raw materials are being supplied to units.

- Effectively coordinate between yarn marketing and spinning units.

- Implementation of systems and ensuring that all units follow the same.

- To have good control over key parameters like YR, GPS etc. with production of yarn quality as per company's standards.

- Continuously focus on energy saving methods and work on cost cutting practices.

- Motivating team and achieving desired results.

- Effective man power planning and control. Maintaining optimum inventory of spares at all units.

- Effective planning to ensure all units adhere to machinery maintenance schedules.

- Ensuring safety regulations and precautionary measures are followed at all times by having effective monitoring mechanism in place.

- Must be capable of handling 2,00,000 spindles and suitable previous experience.

- Experience in production of value added yarns like Recycled yarn, Blends of Jute & Cotton, blends of Linen & Cotton, blends of cotton and cellulose fibres and SIRO yarn.

- Experience in handling various certifications like GRS, GOTS etc.

- Experience in handling new projects/expansions.

- Effectively handle quality complaints and claims.

- Must have upto date knowledge on new technologies and advancements in spinning.

Candidate Profile :

The Incumbent should be qualified :

- B Tech (Textile Technology) / Diploma in Textiles with minimum 20 to 25 + years of relevant professional experience.

- Must have very good experience in raw material selection from domestic and international sources.

- Must be capable of handling 2,00,000 spindles and suitable previous experience.

- Experience in production of value added yarns like Recycled yarn, Blends of Jute & Cotton, blends of Linen & Cotton, blends of cotton and cellulose fibres and SIRO yarn.

Experience in handling various certifications like GRS, GOTS etc.

Experience in handling new projects/expansions.

Effectively handle quality complaints and claims.

Must have upto date knowledge on new technologies and advancements in spinning field.

Must be a frequent traveler to group units.

Must be proficient with Telugu language.

Good communication skills (i.e. both written & oral).

A good motivator

A good problem solver.
