Haldiram Foods - Manager - Electrical Maintenance (10-15 yrs)
- Good work hand experience of electrical & mechanical maintenance.
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
- Knowledge of RCA ( Root cause analysis ) and Why Why Analysis.
- Knowledge of MTTR and MTBF concept.
- Knowledge of OEE, OPE and 7 QC tools.
- Build a periodic maintenance system
- Build a predictive maintenance system
- Evaluate the planned maintenance system
- Evaluate the LCC system actual implementation on shop floor
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company facilities.
- Allocate workload to Maintenance team and supervise upkeep staff .
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
