AjnaLens is looking for a Hardware Design Engineer (HDE 2) to join our Hardware Engineering Team at Thane (Maharashtra - India).
We are seeking a highly driven and skilled hardware engineer with 4- 6 years of experience in schematic design, component selection, simulation, and power analysis.

- Lead schematic design for efficient, high-performance, and low-power electronic subsystems used in wearable and immersive devices.
- Drive component selection and qualification, balancing performance, reliability, environmental constraints, and cost-effectiveness.
- Run circuit simulations and perform detailed power analysis to validate design robustness and optimize system behaviour.
Minimum Work Experience Required
- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, preferably within consumer electronics, wearables, AR/VR devices, or embedded hardware development.

- Strong expertise in schematic design and multi-layer PCB design fundamentals.
- Competence in component selection, vendor evaluation, and BOM optimization.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation, signal integrity checks, and validation workflows.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to achieve complete system integration.

- Hardware- firmware interfacing and embedded system considerations
