- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in dispensing machine maintenance or development area
Hands on experience on color dispenser is a good value add.
- Willing to travel.
- Meticulous, team player and an excellent communicator.
Principal Accountability :
- Dispensing Machine installation & commissioning at office/customer location.
- Connect dispenser with Server and user applications.
- Test tinting features and measure against shade card
- Update of tinting formulations and remote management/update of unit
- Understanding of color spectrophotometry fundamentals
- Debug issues in operations and performance of machine over time and in various usage conditions
- Understand hardware and software issues in machines and its usage and handle customer expectations.
- To interact with HO/core developers for machine operating manuals vs actual performance benchmarks.
- To follow up HO/core developers for support on open points completion
- Attend Service calls & customer visits to evaluate machine performance or usage issues
