Head - Additive Manufacturing Operations (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible to handle two SLM machine and metallographic laboratory.
- Capability to handle a large team to meet the project timeline for metal AM production.
- Work on customer technical feasibility and RFQ's. Suggestion for DFAM, if required.
- Should involve in Build preparation and Build simulation.
- Should involve in Parameter optimization for special alloy, if needed.
- Should be able to communicate and co-ordinate with 3DPD sales force as well as machining and quality team for successful delivery of project.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
- Master Degree in Streams like Design or Digital Manufacturing will be preferred.
- 4+ Years in Industry preferably in Additive manufacturing.
- Experience in Additive Manufacturing.
- Experience in SLM machine operator.
- Experience in DFAM, LPBF, DMLS, etc.
