Head - Architect -Civil Projects

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Architect to lead our architectural department within our projects. As the Head Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our school design projects, ensuring design excellence, and overseeing the architectural aspects of our developments and Execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring our vision to life and create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Job Location : Bangalore (Yeshwanthpur)

Job Description & Responsibilities :

1. Architectural Leadership :

- Provide visionary architectural leadership, guiding the design team to achieve creative and innovative solutions that align with company goals and project requirements.

- Ensure that architectural designs are in line with local regulations, codes, and zoning laws.

2. Project Management :

- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Design Development :

- Develop initial design concepts and sketches, translating ideas into visual representations that address client needs and preferences.

- Foster a balance between creativity and practicality, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

4. Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage the architectural team, including architects, designers, and drafters.

- Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's growth and performance.

5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to understand their vision, requirements, and concerns.

- Present design proposals and ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.

6. Innovation and Research :

Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, and integrate innovative ideas into design concepts.

Explore sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions to align with environmental goals.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Architecture.

- Professional licensure as an architect (required).

- Proficiency in architectural design software, CAD tools, and 3D visualization

- Excellent knowledge in project execution and coordination with internal department

- Strong team handling experience

- 15 to 20 years' experience same filed.

- Looking strong knowledge and hands on experience in design and execution and school architectural experience will added advantage.

- Willing to travel across India for projects visits
