Head BOPP COATING

Leading and managing the entire coating process for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film, ensuring efficient production, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of the BOPP film coating process, including scheduling, production targets, and quality control.

- Possessing in-depth knowledge of various coating methods, materials, and equipment used in BOPP film production.

- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure BOPP films meet specified standards and customer requirements.

- Managing and motivating a team of operators, technicians, and other personnel involved in the coating process.

- Identifying areas for improvement in the coating process, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of coating equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize performance.

- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures within the coating area to maintain a safe working environment.

- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce production costs, optimize resource utilization, and improve profitability.

- Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the coating process, collaborating with other departments as needed.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with 15+ Years of experience in a similar role within the BOPP film or related industry.

2. Strong understanding of BOPP film production, including extrusion, stretching, and winding processes.

3. Experience with various coating methods, such as gravure, flexo, or slot die coating.

4. Familiarity with quality control techniques, including statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.

5. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve production goals.

6. Ability to analyse and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, other departments, and management.
