Position Details :
Head CCTV (Manager /Sr Manager )
Exp: 10+
Location - Boisar
Qualification- Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
- Oversee the CCTV department, managing a team of technicians and operators.
- Ensure the department operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
2. System Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement CCTV systems for various facilities within the company.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement and installation of equipment.
3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all CCTV equipment.
- Ensure regular system checks and updates are performed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
4. Security Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor CCTV footage to ensure the safety and security of company premises.
- Analyze footage to identify and address any security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and system performance.
5. Training and Development:
- Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Keep the team updated on the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all CCTV operations comply with local laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities as required.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the department's budget.
- Monitor expenses to ensure they align with the allocated budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and security.
8. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments to address security needs and concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CCTV-related matters.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status and effectiveness of CCTV systems.
9. Emergency Response:
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with emergency services in the event of a security incident.
