To lead, optimize, and manage the assembly cell manufacturing processes in Li-ion technology. The role requires the synchronization of various manufacturing stages, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency, while aligning assembly strategies with the broader goals of the company.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the assembly line for Li-ion cells, ensuring streamlined operations, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to production schedules.

- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate new assembly techniques or improvements into the manufacturing process 

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeted at enhancing production efficiency, minimizing defects, and optimizing costs.

- Implement rigorous quality control protocols, ensuring that assembled Li-ion cells meet or surpass required specifications.

- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability and quality of assembly components.

- Uphold stringent safety standards across the assembly line, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and external regulations.

- Foster collaborative efforts with other production segments, particularly electrode manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and product quality.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the assembly manufacturing team, instilling a culture of innovation, teamwork, and safety.

- Monitor, evaluate, and report on assembly line metrics, ensuring transparency and keeping senior management informed.

- Engage in negotiations and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, vendors, and other external partners relevant to assembly processes.
