Head - Civil Engineering - Construction (25-30 yrs)
The incumbent would be responsible for Heading the Division of the Group. Candidate should have adequate knowledge of project execution, co-ordination with various agencies, suppliers & contractors, supervision of works at site, monitoring the Contractor's progress, ensuring necessary quality & cost controls etc.
Qualification : Engineering Degree in Civil from a reputed Institution
Age : 50-52 years
Experience : Around 25 years of experience in Civil engineering projects.
- Should have experience in the construction of large, multi-storied residential and commercial buildings, villas, townships etc.
- Should have adequate experience in project post completion activities i.e. management of defects, management of maintenance, management of FMC/AMC, management of disputes etc.
- Experience in GCC preferred.
