Job Description :
- Review Structural and Finishing Drawing, Prepare Work order & BOQ.
- Prepare action plan as per master schedule.
- Prepare advance work plan individually job, coordination with Concern person, Planning engineer, Architecture and discussed with management.
- Prepare list of Manpower, material, Machinery, requirement.
- Raised PO (Purchase Order) and discussed with management.
- Liasoning with contractor and finalization as per company rate chart and discussed with management.
- Visit Site and discussed every day on site with staff, contractor, labour for all construction related issues and resolving issues.
- Co-ordination with Client and Engineering for all construction related issues and resolving issues
