Experience:-

Minimum 12-15 years of total experience in - Industrial construction- in - Greenfield/Brownfield- Project design & Execution- .

Responsibilities:-

- Actively contribute in the Preparation of - Project Schedule-

- Prepare detailed - Project Construction Plan- & - Resource plan-

- Prepare - Plot plan- in coordination with other project engineering disciplines

- Prepare - Estimates- for Civil & related work

- Training of project engineers

- Coordinate with Engineering consultant for - Civil design-

- Ensure timely release & approval of all construction drawings

- Ensure minimum - Project construction cost- by efficient civil design of the plant & optimising the specifications

- Should adapt modern construction methods to minimise the construction time & cost

- Coordinate with other disciplines to collect all the required data required for the - Civil design-

- Identify potential project risks & prepare risk mitigation plan

- Compare & finalise - Civil contractor- /other related vendors

- Ensure safe, efficient & effective project management at site

- Coordinate with other project disciplines for smooth execution of the project

- Prioritise & Prepare - Equipment Foundations- considering the - Equipment arrival-

- Ensure timely support for the - Erection/Commissioning- of all the equipments as per project schedule

- Ensure construction as per agreed - Specification & Performance acceptance criteria-

- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements by all the contractors at the site

- Maintain safe & clean working environment by enforcing company procedures, rules, & regulations

- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing & summarising day to day information

- Ensure timely bill certification of all contractors

- React promptly & effectively to any changes in the project assumptions

- Ensure complete execution of project within specification, quality, timeline & cost

- Ensure smooth handover of the plant as per agreed procedure with implementation of all deliverables

Graduate engineer (Civil).
