Head - Construction - Real Estate (20-25 yrs)
Work Experience : 20 + Years of related Work Experience in Real Estate industry
Skills : Project management experience, monitoring, controlling, planning & management activity of project development. Knowledge of applicable laws & standard norms of construction. Capacity to handle multiple high rise projects.
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring the progress of projects with respect to completion as per schedule, timelines quality, cost adherence to design, specifications, etc.
- Prepare project plans along with stage wise material requirement submit the same to procurement cell for all projects.
- Responsible for appointment of contractors on competitive terms & continuously review their performance to achieve projects schedule.
- Liasoning / coordination between all concerned agencies like internal architects / consultants / PMC / contractors / purchase dept. / supervising staff for smooth execution of project.
- Ensure correct verification of all bills with respect to quality, quantity, design & adherence to project schedule, penal conditions etc.
- Responsible for contract administration, project planning scheduling work, conducting regular site safety checks, etc.
- MIS reporting on projects progress.
- Implementation & stabilization of project.
- Finalization of requirements & specifications.
