Head - Department - HEMM Equipment - Automobiles & Mining Engineering Industry (15-25 yrs)
-  Auto mobiles & Mining  Engineering Industry
-  A minimum of 15+ yrs experience working in HEMM Equipment  
Technical Competencies : Major overhauling, Refurbish equipment, system operation of Engine, Transmission, Axle, Hydraulic pumps & motors & electrical wiring circuit
Behavioral Competencies :  Work Aggressive, Communication, Goal Setting and planning, Empathy, Initiative & Ethics .
KEY TASKS/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - 
-   Should have broad knowledge in mining equipment's & machines & trucks.
-   Should do hands on Troubleshoot on Engine, Hydraulic & Electrical problems. 
-  Should handle the national mechanic team or division. 
-  Make proper plan for daily inspection, like walk around inspection. 
-  Make the preventive & schedule maintenance. 
-  Avoid the sudden brake down. 
-  Make predictive parts plan.
-  Should have work aggressive & professional ethics. 
-  Lead the team like leader & training the national mechanics.
-  Should educate national mechanics with knowledge. 
-  Garage daily housekeeping & 5 S.
-  Lead the national team tool box meeting. 
-  Respect the tools & toggles with proper storage. 
-  Respect the failed or Old parts storage.
-  Respect team work & achieve deportment goals. 
-  Should have knowledge about manuals reading & circuit drawing.
-  Make sure the job cord maintain & close. 
-  Should make plan for maintenance call for user deportment.
-  Should have knowledge work without accidents.
