- Manage the team of Architects and Engineers for Airport projects and ensure that the team is aware of the IATA/ICAO, NBC2016, Local development control rules and relevant standards.
- To lead the Design development stages such as schematic design, detailed design and construction design stages for design and detailing of airport projects till hand over which includes site visits, solutions to execution issues which arise on materials and finish look & feel.
- To be aware of IATA/ICAO/NBC standards and the applicability to airport planning, spaces of Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) spaces.
- To lead the airports design team for large scale airport projects from scheme design to construction stage up to as built documentation in BIM.
- To ensure the employer requirements, specifications, conceptual drawings are reviewed, compliance to IATA/ICAO standards reviewed.
- Needs to carry out scheme, detailed and construction design and detailing in coordinated manner taking along all the disciplines with discussions and integration.
