Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing
Department : Design
Computer Knowledge : Work on CAD, Interior Design, Solid Edge
Preferred experience : Having experience of 10 years in kitchen & wardrobe Industry
Job Responsibilities :
Complete Design operations with a view to ensure :
- Creating a library of Indoline products
- Creation of new products
- Complete R & D will be his prime responsibility
- Accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost Parameters.
- Developing raw material checking parameters, testing techniques
- Design changes to improve the quality of the production tools
- Reducing the rate of rejection
- Training new joinees
- Develop multi skill work force by providing training programs about new design, process & hardware, to enhance skills and motivational levels.
- Designing new product, concept & development process for project & STD product
- Checking all revision / revised design alter hardware & detail before give it to production & client.
- Tackle technical issues of team during design & making technical data.
- Internal department communication regarding design & new product development.
- Making simplified design & development rout for special & regular product for manufacturing Process & internal department.
- Responsible for complete operations including CII Activities
