Head - Design - Civil (15-20 yrs)
- Candidate should be B.Arch. from reputed institute like CEPT- Ahmedabad, SPA-Delhi, Sir JJ college Mumbai etc.
- BE/ME civil with exposure in design coordination, master planning and similar exposure may be considered.
- Proficient in Auto Cad and 3D software like sketch up etc.
- Preferably worked with good Architectural firm in lead role.
- Should able to Evaluation land development with applicability of local bylaws.
- Understanding of RERA process.
- Inventory control based on RERA & statutory approval.
- Master planning & Conceptualisation of design.
- Detailing of concept and preparing details for architecture/interior/land scape for execution.
- Must able to lead/direct entire design development cycle staring from conceptualisation to GFC drawing of discipline like Architecture, interior, land scaping, structure, MEP, etc.
- Exploring material option(finishing material) for different project type.
- Coordination with execution team and resolving design queries.
