Head - Design - EOT Cranes (15-30 yrs)
Position : Chief of Design
Qualification : Graduation in Electrical Engineering
Experience : 20 to 30 years
Preferred industry : Cranes manufacturing and material handling equipment manufacturing companies.
Functional area : Electrical design and project execution work for Cranes and related products
Job responsibilities :
- The person shall have to assume the responsibility of heading the electrical department and ensure the overall functioning of the department in line with the performance achievement targets from time to time.
- The work responsibilities include complete work for design and execution of the electrical works for the various Machinery and equipment which are manufactured by our Machine Building Division - EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Electric Level Luffing Cranes, Port Cranes, etc.
- Knowledge of IS-3177, IS-4137, IS-807 and other Codes & standards related to Cranes manufacturing will be required as applicable for electrical design work.
- Apart from the major responsibilities of electrical design work, overall work responsibilities also include various work related to marketing, quality assurance and site erection departments.
- Marketing activities would include tender document study, estimation & offers, clients visit-tender stage etc.
