Design management :

- Cost control

- Managing and delivering multiple designs.

- Design checks - SOP's for each vertical

- Managing the overall design team.

- Reporting to senior management.

- You must have significant knowledge of commercial furniture and finishes.

- Should have extensive experience leading design teams on multiple projects.

- Leading design efforts through all phases of Workplace interior projects including guiding, advising, and mentoring other designers on projects, developing design directions and leading design critiques/forums.

- Acting as primary design interface with clients Selecting interior finishes, furniture and equipment

- Producing space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation

- Providing solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives

- Reviewing drawings, mockups, materials, and finish samples submitted by Sales team Delivering the highest quality of professional service

- Build and sustain client relationships, act as the primary design interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators, both internal and external..

- Must have worked on multiple offices at a single time, across different locations on office projects of minimum 1 lac sq. ft. of interior spaces.
