Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience : 14+ years
Reportees : Team Leads and Engineers
Location : Coimbatore
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Creative and innovative plan and manage appropriate process diagnostics to identify and prioritize the re-engineering opportunities.
- Developing of standards, Procedures & Work instructions to increase the efficiency of the product, process to enhance the quality level.
- Having good knowledge in design standards.
- Ability to innovate & apply new solutions to create competitive advantage for the organization & customers.
- Complete product ownership from design to development to reliability to manufacturing.
- Conceptualize & execution of Value engineering projects leading to cost reduction.
- Future products and technologies-developing new ideas from both product and process perspective.
- Responsible for concept to product launch AC, DC electric motors.
KEY RESULT AREAS :
- Developing new ideas from both product and process perspective.
- Creating a framework for Innovation.
- Make sure the management objectives are achieved in stipulated time.
- Conceptual design, prototype product building & Testing .
- Setting up realistic expectations on targets and develop strategies for the output.
- Implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Bridging gaps between product and market needs.
