JOB DESCRIPTION (INDICATIVE ONLY) :
1. Lead and manage Operations & maintenance of electrical components in the rebuild centre
2. Responsible for Safety, 5s, Energy conservation, Continuous improvements
3. Engineering, Installation and O&M of Electrical and Automation/instrumentation equipment such as HT Switchyard and substation, HV/LV Circuit breakers/switch gears, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Electrical Power and control panels, APFC, Lighting panels and DBs, MCC (Motor Control Centre), UPS, Inverters, PLC, SCADA, Automatic controller, AMF control panels etc.
4. O&M of mechanical equipments such as Air compressors, Chillers, HVAC, AHUs, Centrifugal pumps, Pneumatic valves, Fire alarm control panels, Sewage treatment etc
5. Responsible for Maintenance yearly Plan, Preventive maintenance, condition-based monitoring, TPM and AMC within allocated budget
6. Troubleshooting, route cause analysis and taking corrective actions to achieve Zero breakdown
7. Regular monitoring of Electricity consumption, expenses and maintains inventory controls
8. Training and Skill development of team members by OJT internal and external trainings
9. Develop and manage Vendors for service and procurement involved in the facility O&M
10. Presentations and record keeping such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE and Cost etc
11. Identifying the potential areas for Energy conservation and achieving the facility targets.
12. Lead and execute the projects of utilities and buildings
13. Liaison with Govt officials and Comply legal requirement related to Jharkhand Electrical Board.
14. Co-ordination with cross functional team for achieving zero breakdown and continuous improvements in the facility
15. ISO documentation and audit for ISO 9001 (QMS) & ISO 14001(EMS)
