Seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Head to oversee a team of electricians and ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems in the facilities.

The responsibilities include planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs, responding to breakdowns, repairing equipment and machinery, and ensuring compliance with national and local electrical codes.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with electrical systems, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a solid understanding of maintenance procedures and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement preventive and corrective electrical maintenance programs

- Manage and supervise the work of electrical maintenance team

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety and regulatory guidelines

- Analyze electrical faults and provide quick and accurate solutions

- Inspect and assess the functionality of electrical systems and components

- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for equipment procurement and maintenance services

- Prepare and control maintenance budget, evaluate expenditure and maintain financial control Train and mentor junior electricians, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards

- Document all electrical maintenance and repair work for record keeping and future reference

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors

- Stay current with latest technologies, trends, and best practices in electrical maintenance

- Manage, guide and train electrical maintenance technicians and electricians

- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems

- Respond to breakdowns and system failures, and manage repairs

- Monitor electrical energy consumption and implement strategies for energy conservation

- Ensure safe work practices and adherence to safety regulations

- Manage budgets for electrical maintenance and projects

- Prepare and present reports on electrical maintenance and activities
