- Purpose of the Role

- Heading the Electrical & Mechanical team Plant Maintenance

Key Outputs

- Managing Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance activity

- Handling customer requirements

- Align the team for required work

- Plan for preventive Maintenance

- Customer/Internal NC handling

- Employee appraisal recommendation

- Support cross function team

- Quick action to situational crisis

Priorities of the role

- Adhere to schedule & complete as per target

- Optimize man power in Plant Maintenance area

- Handling IMS & work with team to drive them

Reporting relationship with:

Cross functional leaders to achieve business goals

Manages

Internal & External Stake holders

Works with

- Cross functional team & resolves product, process concerns amicably & meets customer expectations

- External Relationships

- Managing sub-contractors & Customers requirements

Qualifications Preferred : Diploma or BE

(with Diploma would be better)

Any Additional qualification in relevant field will be an advantage

Work Experience Preferred

Diploma Mech/Elec with Morethan 10 years of Experience OR

BE Electrical / Mechanical around 10 years of Experience

Skills and Knowledge

- Mechanical & Electrical Equipments Maintenance

- Thorough knowledge DG Maintenance

- Hands on practical experience VPI Plant

- Good management skills

- Good communication

- Should have Auditing knowledge

- Basic knowledge on Preventive Maintenance

Behavioural Competencies :

- Good oral / written communications
