Head - Engineering - Clusters & Sensors (20-30 yrs)
Job description :
- Engineering execution and review of various sensors & clusters programs
- Lead teams of Clusters division, Sensors division, Process Engineering Division in collaboration with JV partner
- Prepare and review budgets for various departments in concurrence with business unit objectives
- Coordinate and manage the technology transfer activities with JV partner
- 100% Customer delivery with respect to time
- Identify possible technologies and prepare a technology road map for MSIL, assessing the current capabilities present
- Carry out skilling of manpower to develop critical engineering skills and competencies
- Establish robust University / Academia collaborations for innovations and bringing relevant cutting edge technological advancement
