Head Engineering & Maintenance:

Filling line SME:

- Execute maintenance and troubleshooting for Bausch + Strobel filling line equipment to have best possible up time.

- Develop and execute Reliability Engineering Program in line with OEM recommendation that includes maintenance, repair and overhaul for the filling line to maintain operability.

- Report generation, data management, periodic calibration, effective maintenance and troubleshooting for filling line.

-  Maintaining and managing automated systems for performance/periodic review/periodic upgradation and issue resolution as required.

- Identify spares and maintenance items as required, tools and drawings.

- Be part of Operations and Maintenance team, train operators for proper machine operations, do's & don- ts on machine and regular upkeep.

-  Root cause identification and CAPA for deviations due to equipment operations.

Lyophilizer SME:

-  Execute maintenance and troubleshooting for Tofflon Lyophilizer to have best possible up time.

- Develop and execute Reliability Engineering Program in line with recommendation from Tofflon that includes maintenance, repair and overhaul for Lyo to maintain operability.

- Report generation, data management, periodic calibration, effective maintenance and troubleshooting for Lyo.

- Maintaining and managing automated systems for performance/periodic review/periodic upgradation and issue resolution as required.

-  Identify spares and maintenance items as required, tools and drawings.

-  Be part of Operations and Maintenance team, train operators for proper machine operations, do's & don- ts on machine and regular upkeep.

-  Root cause identification and CAPA for deviations due to Lyo operations.

Autoclave SME :

 - Execute maintenance and troubleshooting for Autoclave (Fedegari and Gettinge) to have best possible up time.

-  Develop and execute Reliability Engineering Program in line with recommendation from OEM that includes maintenance, repair and overhaul for autoclave to maintain operability.

- Report generation, data management, periodic calibration, effective maintenance and troubleshooting for autoclave.

-  Maintaining and managing automated systems for performance/periodic review/periodic upgradation and issue resolution as required.

- Identify spares and maintenance items as required, tools and drawings.

- Be part of Operations and Maintenance team, train operators for equipment operations, do's & don- ts on machine and regular upkeep.

- Root cause identification and CAPA for deviations due to Autoclave operations.
