- Organize customer seminars and re-engineering activities.

- Strategies the business unit's policy

- Allocate appropriate resource to achieve organization output plan

- Operates the business in a cost-effective and efficient manner

- Ensures that quality and satisfactory work is produced

- Strategies the business unit's direction.

- Disseminates and translates corporate goals and directions to employees.

- Responsible for assigning new projects to the respective projects staff based on their experience, area of expertise and workload.

- Approves the Training schedule for QA & Engg employees.

- Monitoring regional TSPs reports.
