Head - Engineering - Pharma Manufacturing (15-30 yrs)
JD FOR ENGINEERING HEAD : Reporting to VP Operations
- Responsible for up keeping of all Production, Engineering and QC equipments.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance of plants/equipments
- Responsible for maintenance of all Power and utilities like Transformer, DG Sets, PW, FI plants, Nitrogen plants, Boiler, VAM, PSG, Chiller plants & AHUs to support the production activities.
- To comply with EHS Quality policies, ISO 9002 policies and cGMP.
- Making shift schedule for maintenance workers & online Documentation.
- Identifying the critical spares required for equipment & advance planning for the procurement of the same.
- Responsible for liaison with concerned Government authorities and Fulfilling Statutory Requirements - TNEB, Electrical Inspectorate and Boiler Inspectorate.
- Evaluation of vendors for consumables, Machinery spares.
- Planning and Execution of new projects.
- Supervising the maintenance team for preparing the MIS
Education : Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 10+ years (Preferable Pharma manufacturing facility)
