HEAD - EHS ( environment Health Safety ) (15-24 yrs)

- The Environment, Health and Safety role involves facilitating the development, implementation, and monitoring of environment health and safety management systems for the Site.

- This is to be achieved in compliance with the various State/central EHS statutory requirements and Global EHS standards. The aim of this role is to ensure involvement of functional leads, managers and other staff in environment, safety & health systems to enable the company to provide safe, healthy and environmentally responsible practices to employees, contractors, guests, and the communities we operate in.

Education :

The successful candidate must possess the following :

- Degree in Chemical Engineering. A good understanding of process safety and process engineering, including general processing and plant operations is essential.

- Additional Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Safety / Industrial Hygiene/ Environmental Management

Experience :

- The candidate must have the following level of experience in, or knowledge of:

- 15 -25 Years of experience within large API Manufacturing industries

- Good knowledge and experience in implementation of PSM elements

- Good Knowledge in Principles of Industrial Hygiene

- Environment management with hands on experience in Zero Liquid Discharge operations and Hazardous Waste Management

- Experience in establishing / Implementation of EHS Management systems and procedures

- Implementation of OSHAS / EMS Management systems would be an added advantage
