EXPORT Head/ Export Manager :

We are a leading brand in the wellness industry, dedicated to delivering highquality products to global markets. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Manager to drive our international operations and expand our footprint across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute export strategies to maximize global market penetration.

- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with international distributors and partners.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in emerging markets.

- Manage logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations for export activities. Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to optimize export profitability.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align international marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- MBA or a degree in Exports Management (or equivalent).

- 10-20 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the wellness or FMCG sectors.

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.

- Proficiency in [mention required tools, e.g., MS Office, ERP systems SAP )
