Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the Facility Planning & Design projects (Healthcare) - Pan India.
- Monitoring the projects.
- Regular follow up with the clients.
- Ensure accomplishment of the tasks as per the planned timelines.
- Business Development.
- Capacity building of the Team.
- Reporting to Director Facility Planning & Design.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education:
- MBBS, MHA/PG Diploma in Hospital and Health management
Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of domain experience (Healthcare Facility Planning and Designing of Healthcare Projects).
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and successfully achieve goals.
- Strong and effective interpersonal relationship skills.
- Analytical problem solving/decision making and judgement skills.
- Executive Style
- Ability to successfully interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter able to operate independently without frequent advise or direction.
Salary: Rs 9 Lacs to Rs 12 Lacs
