Head - HSE - Railways Work

- Comply with all statutory & client requirement

- Formulate HSE Policy and Objectives

- Review and approve HSE Plan (Process, Procedure, Work Instruction, Programs).

- Evolves PPE Guidelines and implementation.

- Provide guidelines / assistance in implementation of HSE Plan.

- Reviews and approves HIRAC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control).

- Determines, assesses and report HSE performance indicators including compliance with statutory requirements.

- Routine and surprise HSE / Audit inspection at site and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Incident investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinates and interacts with the Employer or his representative, Engineer or his representative, the Partner, the Associates and External Agencies on HSE matter.

- Plan campaign / events for creating HSE awareness

- Capacity building of HSE Team

- formulate HSE Committee and conduct meetings

- Responsible for direction and coordinating multiple disciplines in the organization including the SHE Team, the design team and the construction team

- Obtaining project specific certification for OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 and its implementation .

Desired Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech (Prefer Electrical & Electronics Engineering stream) from any recognized state and central govt. college/university (Full time).

- PG Diploma/Diploma safety from any recognized state and central govt. college/university (Full time)

- International qualifications like CSP (Certified Safety Professional),NEBOSH etc

Total 15 years of experience (Railways work experience of 5 year, Work ex as SHE head of 3 years, work ex in abroad projects of 3 years )
