Head - Integrated Planning - Supply Chain - FMCG (22-28 yrs)
Objective:
Oversee Entire Supply chain role for Demand Planning and Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Distribution Planning.
Key Deliverables:
Demand Planning & Forecasting:
- Developing and implementing the demand planning process for the company across different business lines / brands.
- Reviewing business performance against the forecast and making recommendations to the business.
- Improve forecast accuracy and analyze business risk & opportunities for attaining revenue growth & plans.
- Work with the Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Supply Chain team to resolve any demand related queries / Issues.
- Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning.
- Develop "Consensus Forecast" for the company after co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders.
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Develop and implement Supply Planning and S&OP Strategy and design distribution network for delivery of goods to customers at desired customer service levels, cost and freshness including Inventory Management, efficient working capital management.
- Handling the inventory function while minimizing inventory-holding expenses and reducing wastage through optimum inventory levels.
- Lead the team for preparing the requirement of long term and short term capacity enhancement.
- Identify and implement projects across business units for optimizing inventory.
Supply Chain & Distribution Planning
- Strategic development of supply chain processes and systems across the business divisions / Brands. Continuously improving business processes and developing Supply Chain related systems.
- Drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain planning by suggesting improvements.
- Drive end to end integration of planning in system.
- Distribution planning and product availability.
